# End-of-Life(EOL) Notice: Intel® Tiber™ AI Studio (formerly known as cnvrg.io).

As part of Intel’s recent cost reduction and restructuring processes, Intel has decided to retire and phase out the Intel® Tiber™ AI Studio product (the “Product”).

Intel recognizes the importance of product life cycle planning, and we don’t take such decisions lightly. To minimize the operational impact on customers and offer sufficient time to migrate to an alternative solution(s), Intel will continue to offer Product support through the following wind-down support phases:

# Full Support – until March 31st, 2025

Intel will continue to provide full support to customers for the Product through March 31st, 2025. During this Full Support phase, Intel will continue to provide limited feature improvements and critical bug fixes. Any new incremental product functionality will be prioritized, and development will mainly focus on already committed feature functionality.

# Limited Support- April 1 – August 31st, 2025

After the Full Support phase, Intel will transition to a Limited Support phase that will last through the Product End of Life date reflected above. During this Limited Support phase, Intel will only release security and critical bug fixes. No new features or functional improvements will be introduced.

# End of Life (EOL) – August 31st, 2025

The customer’s license to the Product will expire at 11:59 PM US Pacific Time on August 31st, 2025, at which point Intel's support obligations will also expire.

# FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions):

  1. My license has expired or will expire before EOL date. Can I extend the contract until the end-of-life of Intel Tiber AI Studio?

No. Intel does not intend to renew expired or extend agreements that have or will expire within the EOL period. However, please contact your sales or Customer Success team if you need support within the EOL period. Even if this is offered, the final EOL date cannot be extended beyond August 31st, 2025.

  1. Can Intel® Tiber AI Studio be used after its support has ended?

No. Intel Tiber AI Studio will be available for customers with active licenses until the EOL date, at which point the Product license will expire.

  1. Will Intel open-source this tool?

No. There is no plan to open source Tiber AI Studio at this time.

  1. Can I ask for new feature requests during the Limited Support phase?

No. As part of Intel’s commitment to our customers, previously committed high-importance features scheduled for delivery during the Full Support phase will continue to be supported, and Intel does intend to release these features. We are no longer accepting requests for new features or functionality improvements.

  1. We haven’t yet migrated to the latest Tiber AI Studio release. Will you support our old release? Should we upgrade? Will the team support us in this migration?

If you are happy with your existing release and are looking for an alternative to the AI Tiber Studio solution, there is no urgent need to upgrade. However, in case of an issue, you may have to upgrade to the latest release to address specific fixes. The Support Team can help with software upgrades.
